House guidance
Keep the evening yours
An evening in our gaming rooms is one part of a stay — dinner, company and a comfortable bed are the others. We ask every guest to play with clear, personal limits.
Decide your limits first
Choose what you are comfortable with before joining a table, and keep to it for the whole visit.
Stay aware of time
Pause regularly. An unhurried evening includes breaks — the tables will still be there after supper.
Step away when you choose
Cooling-off arrangements and self-exclusion support are available to any guest who prefers time away.
Ask us, discreetly
Any member of the team can arrange information or support in confidence, at any hour.
Play is part of the hospitality of the house, nothing more. It is never a way to earn, and never an answer to financial worries.
Access to the gaming rooms
The gaming rooms are reserved for guests aged 18 and over. We operate a Challenge 25 policy: anyone who appears to be under 25 will be asked for photographic identification — a passport, photocard driving licence or PASS-accredited card — before entry.
